TERMS OF SALES

Arrivals and Departures:

Arrival for all Hameau accommodation is from 5 p.m

Departures are at 11am.

Early arrival or late departure, please notify the host in advance. You will be charged for these options: 20€ for early arrival and 20€ for late departure.

Pets:

​

We accept 1 pet in all our accommodations.

From 2 animals, we ask for a cleaning supplement of 13€ for the stay.

​

Discgolf:

​

All our accommodations are equipped with the necessary equipment for the practice of Discgolf (rules, map and discs). The Discgolf course is located on the Hameau de la Closerie property and is accessible to all residents every day.

Residents of the Hamlet are free to use the Discgolf course whenever they want, without disturbing the tranquility of other tenants.

Cancellation:

7 days before arrival, the Hameau de la Closerie reimburses the entire stay in the event of cancellation. Within 7 days before arrival, we will only charge you the first night of your stay, the rest will be refunded to you.

From the first night, the stay will be considered started, therefore due in full.

Parking:

​

All our accommodations have a reserved parking space (3 spaces for the barn).

The car parks are not secure (no video surveillance cameras). The Hameau de la Closerie is not responsible in the event of theft or damage.

Environment:

​

The Hameau de la Closerie is a quiet, clean and maintained place. This is why all our residents are required to respect this place.

​

Vehicles are not permitted to be driven on grass or lawns.

Calm must be respected so as not to disturb other residents of the Hameau.

Gardens, flowers, trees must not be damaged (the same goes for indoor and outdoor furniture). In the event of damage, financial compensation may be considered.

As in any space open to the public, dog owners are asked to ensure the cleanliness of the areas around the Hameau.
